Use of the WWW.CEEINTER.FR website implies full and final acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These terms and conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time; users of the WWW.CEEINTER.FR website are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.
Users can normally access this site at any time. CEE-Inter may, however, decide to take the website down for technical maintenance and will endeavour to notify users in advance of the dates and times on which the website will not be available.
CEE-Inter regularly updates the WWW.CEEINTER.FR website. The legal information may also be amended at any time: it is nevertheless binding on the user who is invited to refer to it as frequently as possible so that the user is familiar with it.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeits

CEE-Inter is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds rights of use over all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sound and software.
Any reproduction, portrayal, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the site’s elements, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited unless CEE-Inter has given prior permission in writing.
Any unauthorised exploitation of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be regarded as counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with articles L335-2 et seq of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability

CEE-Inter cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s device when accessing www.ceeinter.fr and resulting either from use of a device which does not meet the specifications in clause 4, or the presence of a bug, or incompatibility.
CEE-Inter also cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or an opportunity) following use of the WWW.CEEINTER.FR website.
Interactive areas (possibility of submitting questions via the contact area) are available to users. CEE-Inter reserves the right to remove any content uploaded to this area which contravenes applicable legislation in France, in particular data protection regulations, without prior notice. As applicable CEE-Inter also reserves the option to hold the user liable under civil and/or criminal law, in particular in the event of messages of a racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).

7. Management of personal data

In France personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the WWW.CEEINTER.FR site the following may be collected: URL of the link which the user used to access WWW.CEEINTER.FR, the user’s Internet service provider (ISP), the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address.
In any case CEE-Inter only collects personal information about the user if needed for certain services offered by WWW.CEEINTER.FR. Any litigation connected with use of WWW.CEEINTER.FR is subject to French law. The competent Paris courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
