6. Limitations of liability
CEE-Inter cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s device when accessing www.ceeinter.fr and resulting either from use of a device which does not meet the specifications in clause 4, or the presence of a bug, or incompatibility.
CEE-Inter also cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or an opportunity) following use of the WWW.CEEINTER.FR website.

CEE-Inter reserves the right to remove any content uploaded to this area which contravenes applicable legislation in France, in particular data protection regulations, without prior notice. 7. Management of personal data
In France personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
